About this plugin

Alternate Timeline puts six decades of mastering character into a single processor. Pick the era, set the blend, and dial in the tone. Each setting applies the EQ curve, compression behavior, and harmonic profile of that era’s best rooms – not a simulation of a simulation.

Six Eras

1960s – Warm, rounded, subtle harmonic saturation
1970s – Open high end, natural tape limiting character
1980s – Punchy mids, fast attack, studio clarity
1990s – High-definition presence, extended top end
2000s – Dense, aggressive, maximum loudness density
Modern – Transparent, wide, streaming-optimized
