Both are complete, fully-loaded processors that cover an entire signal chain in a single insert, and both sit at the top of what the catalog charges for exactly that reason.
Lake Ontario is a two-channel Vari-Mu bus compressor with a full 4-band EQ per channel - glue and tone-shaping in the same signal path, no second plugin required.
Anaheim is a dual-channel tube mic pre and Vari-Mu compressor with a built-in 2-band EQ. The Input knob drives a tube stage automatically, the compressor breathes with the material, and Mix blends it back for New York-style parallel compression.
Buy them separately and you own two of the most capable single inserts in the catalog. Buy the pair and you own both for less than three individual purchases at this tier would cost.
