The Studio
M Media Audio started in 2000 as a full-service production house. Over fourteen years and 170+ projects, we built a reputation for work that translates - on speakers, headphones, and broadcast systems alike.
When streaming changed the economics of the industry, we shifted focus. The tools got better, the room acoustics got more precise, and the reference libraries got deeper. What didn't change: the approach. We listen to the track first. The meters come second.
We work out of Austin, TX. Our clients are independent artists, small labels, podcast producers, and anyone who needs their audio to hold up against the best in their genre.

Listen before processing
Every session starts with reference matching. We identify what the track is reaching for before we touch a knob.
Dynamics first, loudness last
Competitive loudness is a deliverable, not a goal. We protect the dynamics that give the track life and hit the numbers at the end.
