How it works
Contact or purchase
For fixed-price services (mastering and mixing), purchase directly. For everything else - editing, podcast, video, restoration, vinyl - contact us first with details. We quote before you commit.
Schedule or upload
Premium mastering and mixing sessions require a scheduled date. Pick your slot after purchase. Editing and production projects get a start date and SLA at intake. Vinyl clients ship records to us.
Send your files
WAV or AIFF for mastering. A single ZIP of all stems for mixing. Raw audio files for editing and podcast work. We confirm receipt before starting.
Receive and review
Delivered files come through the client dashboard. Submit revision notes through the same portal. Previous versions are retained. Delivery documentation available on request.
