Curve Control Is Now Available
Curve Control is a dual-channel mix and mastering parametric EQ – twelve fully parametric bands across two independent channels, three operating modes, always-on harmonic saturation, and a complete set of professional monitoring tools. $59, perpetual license. VST3 on Windows, macOS, and Linux. AU on macOS.
Three channel modes cover every scenario. Link gangs both channels for standard stereo operation. Dual breaks the link entirely – six independent bands per side for asymmetric correction. M/S encodes the signal before the EQ chain so Channel A shapes the center and Channel B shapes the width, then re-encodes to stereo at the output.
A level-dependent soft saturation stage sits after the EQ on each channel. Second harmonic bias, no user control. It responds to how hard you drive the EQ – gentle settings produce a nearly clean signal, harder drives add weight and presence. Oversampling at 2x, 4x, or 8x wraps this stage specifically to minimize added latency.
Monitoring tools include Delta (hear only what the EQ is adding or removing), Gain Sync (output tracks inverse of input for loudness-consistent evaluation), Mono (collapse for translation checking), and a switchable VU meter source covering Input, Output, and M/S levels on a needle.
