Refund Policy

Plugins and Software

Every plugin you buy from M Media Audio comes with a 30-day refund. If it is not right for you, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund the full amount, no questions asked.

Refunds are returned to the PayPal account or payment method you used to buy. We handle requests the same day we receive them. How long the money takes to show up afterward depends on PayPal and your bank.

Try Before You Buy

Every paid plugin has a free demo that runs the full plugin, so you can hear exactly what you are getting before you spend anything. The demo is there so you never have to rely on the refund, but the refund is there if you need it.

What Happens to Your License

When we refund a plugin, we cancel the license for that purchase, and it can no longer be activated on any new computer. Please uninstall the plugin from your computers once your refund is issued.

Trouble Installing or Loading a Plugin

If a plugin will not load or activate in your DAW, write to us first at info@mmediaaudio.com and we will help you get it working. You can still ask for a refund at any point in the 30 days, whether or not we solve the problem.

Audio Services

For mastering, mixing, editing, restoration, podcast production and other services, a full refund is available on request if work has not yet begun. Once a session is complete, refunds are not available, but we will work through revisions until you are satisfied.

For the online mastering service, refunds for completed renders are not available except where the delivered file is technically defective and cannot be fixed by re-rendering.

How to Request a Refund

Email info@mmediaaudio.com from the address you used to buy, and include your order number if you have it. That is all we need.
