Squeeze It. Then Remix It.
Rebalance After the Compression.
Compression changes how the center and the sides feel against each other, and that is where Due Process gives you control. Every row has its own Input, so you decide how hard that row is hit. Makeup lifts or lowers the compressed signal, Mix blends it with the original for parallel compression, and Output trims the whole row. Auto-Level, a switch on every row, keeps the loudness matched to what went into the row, Input boost included, so you are judging the compression and not the volume.
- Input and Output - ±12 dB on every row
- Makeup - ±12 dB on the compressed signal, before Mix
- Mix - 0 to 100 percent, parallel compression on any row
- Auto-Level - A slow, level-matched gain so the row keeps its loudness
